Mr. Bhattarai is a distinguished Real Estate Appraiser, Researcher and Consultant with over six years of experience in Nepal and internationally. Licensed as an Engineer by the Nepal Engineering Council and a Surveyor by the Nepal Insurance Authority, he specializes in Real Estate Appraisal, Research, Consulting and Loss Assessments.
As the Executive Chairman and Founder of Kripa Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, Nepal, Mr. Bhattarai has spearheaded numerous projects, expanded client relationships and significantly contributed to the company’s growth. He also serves as a part-time consultant for various organizations, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to the industry.
His leadership extends to his roles as a Central Executive Committee Member of the Nepal Valuer’s Association for the 5th and 6th Committees and as the first Individual Member of FIABCI's Singapore Chapter, the International Real Estate Federation. Recently, he has been appointed to lead collaborative valuation projects in Nepal with reputable foreign valuation companies.
Committed to professional development, Mr. Bhattarai actively participates in international conferences and training programs across Nepal, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Turkey. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Sharda University in India, focusing on real estate valuation practices and trends in global markets.
Mr. Bhattarai holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA, reflecting his strong educational foundation and dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
